Feb 25: DJ Lagway Makes Significant Off-Field Move on Tuesday

Florida star quarterback DJ Lagway has received widespread praise and accolades for his work on the field during the past six months. On Tuesday, Lagway announced a major step in developing his brand away from the turf.
As revealed in a Tuesday release, the 19-year-old has partnered with UF Health to launch the DJ Lagway Foundation. The foundation’s main goals will reflect Lagway’s desire to use name, image and likeness licensing for good.”
Some of the foundation’s primary initiatives will include organizing food drives, youth football camps and mentorships for underserved children in the greater Gainesville area.
