Ivan Hsu

Ivan is an investment banking veteran with 12+ years of experience and has advised on M&A transactions, growth equity, private debt placements, IPOs, and bond offerings.

Ivan’s career on Wall Street include stints at Goldman Sachs, Citi, and JP Morgan, and he has spent the last six years advising privately held, entrepreneurially-run businesses on capital markets transactions. Prior to Wall Street, Ivan was one of the first employees at Sageworks, a fintech that recently sold to Accel-KKR. This entrepreneurial experience, coupled with his deal-making, has gained him a keen understanding of the financial aspect of the capital raising process, but he also appreciates the psychological aspect of what can be an emotional and personal experience for the modern entrepreneur.

Ivan received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and his BS from Duke University.
