Justin Casale-Savage

Justin is a serial entrepreneur and venture advisor with 15+ years of experience advising 75+ early-stage companies on strategic growth, investment and M&A opportunities.

Currently, Justin is Founder & CEO of Savage Advisory, a consumer and digital media-focused venture advisory firm. As someone that began in equity research to then work on Wall Street at BofA Merrill and in LA at Houlihan Lokey, a leading middle-market media & entertainment investment bank, Justin values his unique perspective shaped by both public markets and early-stage operating experience. His approach is research and data-driven, with a talent to not only identify the market opportunity but uncover the underlying “Why Now”.

Currently, Justin is CRO of Alfred Intel, an AI-driven data-science model for consumer personalization, and Trendy Butler, a men’s subscription box powered by Alfred. Prior, Justin held the Director of Portfolio Management position at Third Wave Digital, a prominent digital media venture fund, and worked closely with Dyrdek Machine; Rob Dyrdek’s venture studio. Before, he worked with R/GA Ventures during the launch of the first Dodgers Sports Tech Accelerator and was CRO at a Disney & Techstars-backed, influencer-driven, mobile-video app.

Justin was CFO and Venture Director at NCLUSIVE and designed & implemented an agency platform model. Justin received his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
